SIGEP 2025 took place from January 18 to 22, 2025, at the Rimini Exhibition Centre and marked the 46th edition of the world’s leading trade show for ice-cream, pastry, chocolate, coffee, baking, and pizza.
The event recorded a significant increase in international visitors, with attendees from over 160 countries.
